Call for Applications: Vital Voices (VV) Visionaries Program 2024 for Women

The Vital Voices Visionaries Program, in collaboration with the Estée Lauder Emerging Leaders Fund (ELELF), is announcing its call for applications for the year 2024. Created to empower emerging leaders, particularly women, who are redefining leadership, this program provides access to training, mentorship, and networks. Supported by the charitable fund of Estée Lauder, the VV Visionaries program aims to champion women leaders across diverse sectors and experiences, fostering positive social impact.

Program Overview:

• Three cohorts of 50 women visionaries over the age of 18 will participate in a 7-week immersive virtual experience.
• The program incorporates lessons in leadership from Estée Lauder executives and Vital Voices Global Network leaders.
• Participants have the chance to be selected for an annual in-person experience that provides deeper training and investment in their personal leadership journeys.

Requirements for Vital Voices Visionaries Program:
Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years old and identify as a woman
• Have an established social impact organization, business, or initiative
• Be a key decision-maker of their organization or initiative
• Have a clear vision for an organization, business, or initiative with an explicit social purpose
• Be proficient in English

Selection Process:
Applicants are evaluated based on their commitment to the program, virtual participation, and technical requirements. The program consists of 7-week virtual sessions, with sessions typically held on weekdays in the morning (Eastern Time).

• Cohort 8: October-November
