The WFP Innovation Accelerator, in collaboration with CGIAR, has launched the Stability and Peace Accelerator Program. This initiative aims to support innovators, entrepreneurs, and changemakers in developing solutions that contribute to resilience, food and nutrition security, climate adaptability, and social cohesion in conflict-affected and fragile communities.

Eligibility Requirements for 2024 WFP Innovation and Accelerator Program:
To be considered for the WFP Innovation and Accelerator Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Your organization must be an established legal entity (for-profit, not-for-profit, social business, NGO, INGO).
  • Your organization should have a presence or willingness to build a presence in one of the four countries of implementation (Jordan, Kenya, Nigeria, or Yemen).
  • Your innovation addresses one or more priority areas related to challenges faced in the humanitarian space of the country of implementation.
  • Your innovation should have reached the minimum viable product stage and be gearing up for scale.
  • Your innovation should have a clear pathway to scale and a potential plan to implement during the six-month Sprint with the available funding.
  • Applicants are expected to have strong intentions to collaborate with relevant humanitarian stakeholders, build relationships with CGIAR country offices, and connect with innovation ecosystems.
  • The applicants should demonstrate a clear need for research and development for the conceptual and commercial development of their innovation.

Global Excellence Scholarship will provide for academic excellence up to £5,000 per year (£15,000 for a 3-year degree, £20,000 for a 4-year degree, £25,000 for a 5-year degree).

Eligibility Criteria for Dundee Global Excellence Scholarship

To qualify for the Global Excellence Scholarship, candidates must fulfill all of the following requirements below:

  • Required Language: English
  • Eligible Countries: All world countries
  • Undergraduate Admission Requirements:
  • Hold an academic offer of entry for an undergraduate program in any of our academic schools, beginning in September 2022. If you are studying a program in the School of Medicine or Dentistry, then you are not eligible.
  • Hold International Fee status, as determined by the University.
  • Have achieved a UK AAB at A Level (or above) or equivalent to this level at the discretion of the University.
  • Postgraduate Admission Requirements:
  • Hold an academic offer of entry for a postgraduate taught program in any of our academic schools, beginning in September 2022 or January 2023. The program must be a full-time, 180-credit, 12-month program.
  • Hold International Fee status, as determined by the University.
  • Have achieved either a UK 1st Class Honours degree or a degree considered as equivalent to this level at the discretion of the University.

How to Apply for Dundee Global Excellence Scholarship?

  1. You must apply firstly for the university here to get an offer.
  2. Once you have submitted your course application and have been made an offer of entry to the University of Dundee, whether conditional or unconditional, the university will notify you via email if you are eligible for the award. You will not be able to submit a scholarship application without being made an offer.
  • Note: If the university invites you to apply, then the scholarship application link will be sent via email for you to complete. The university will notify you about the decision within 8 weeks of receiving your application.

Rotary Peace Fellowships 2025 | Guidelines | Requirements

How to Apply for Rotary Peace Fellowships?

To apply for Rotary Peace Fellowships, the following instructions must be followed:

  1. Review the application guidelines and check the eligibility requirements and restrictions.
  2. Research the curriculum and programs at each of the Rotary Peace Centers. You will be asked to rank two centers you prefer.
  3. Prepare your application, including your resume/CV, essays, academic or professional recommendations, transcripts, and test scores. All materials must be in English. For certificate candidates, transcripts and scores are not needed.
  4. Contact your local Rotary district before submitting your application to request an interview. District endorsement is a required component of the application process.
  • TIP: Your local Rotary club can help you connect with your district. Use Club Finder to locate the club nearest you. Club interviews and recommendations are strongly encouraged but not required for candidates who have district support.
  1. Before any interviews, submit your online application to your district by May 15.
  2. Complete an interview with district representatives. Districts must submit endorsements to The Rotary Foundation by July 1.
  3. Await notice of the selection results in November. If you are chosen for a fellowship, you will be told at which Peace Center you will study.
  4. Apply for admission to the university where your Peace Center is located. Being selected for the fellowship does not mean you have been admitted to the university.
